Where we deliver
Code Crest currently serves customers in Nigeria. International delivery will only be offered once delivery partners, customs handling, currency and payment arrangements have been confirmed.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees depend on your location and the size of your order. The applicable fee is shown at checkout before payment. Where a fee has not yet been confirmed for your area, your order is received as an order request and we will contact you with the exact fee before any payment is taken.
Delivery times
Delivery timeframes depend on product availability, your location and our delivery partner. We will give you an estimated delivery window when we confirm your order. We do not guarantee a delivery date unless it is confirmed to you in writing.
Order tracking
You can follow your order status on the Track Order page using your order reference and email address. Where a courier provides tracking information, we will share it with you.
Failed deliveries
Please make sure your phone number and address are correct. If a delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to arrange another attempt. We will confirm any re-delivery arrangements with you.
