About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from the Code Crest website operated by CODE CREST ECOMMERCE STAND LTD (RC 9792990), Abuja, Nigeria. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products and prices
We make every effort to describe products and prices accurately. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦). During our pre-launch period, product availability, specifications and prices are confirmed with you before payment. If we cannot supply an item at the displayed price we will tell you before taking payment, and you may cancel.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and payment has been verified. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs; any payment taken will be refunded.
Payment
Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never ask for your card PIN or full card details by email or phone.
Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refund Policy.
Accounts
Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
